Prior to commencing any on-site repair work we liaise with our customers to determine the exact problems they are experiencing. We can often guide you through minor issues over the telephone but if one of our qualified engineers is required we ensure our vans are equipped with all the Heidelberg parts necessary to complete the job on the first visit to keep down time and costs to a minimum.
We also travel worldwide to carry out repairs on Heidelberg Letterpress machinery.
