Tony travelled to Dublin to carry out repairs on a Heidelberg Cylinder.

He stripped the machine to find that the feeder drive gear had

completely sheared the shaft.

He replaced the parts and checked the machine over.

If this gear had totally failed whilst the machine was running it 

would have resulted in a very expensive repair.

The Heidelberg Cylinder is now back in production.
