We were sent this gearbox from a Heidelberg Cylinder SBG which

had a allen key pass through the teeth of the gearing.  This resulted

in not only stripping the teeth but also locking the gearbox and

breaking the back plate.  We fully stripped the gearbox, replaced

the back plate, broken gears, bearings and bushes.  

The machine is now back in production.
