One of our many jobs this month was a substantial strip down on a
Heidelberg Cylinder SBB. The main timining bearings had seized and
worn not only the shaft but also into the delivery side frame. This
resulted in the delivery chains not travelling around. We stripped the
machine of the feeder and every component on the delivery until we
could remove the damaged side frame. We replaced the worn Heidelberg
parts and reassembled. The Heidelberg Cylinder is now running
perfectly!
